Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The staff and the owner were very accommodating, patient. I dont speak any Spanish and they were sooo patient with me haha. I had to use a translator while I was down there. The staff..10/10. I felt like a king. Would stay again at next opportunity.
