"Room was by no means clean. The refrigerator had towels inside because it leaked and staff was not helpful. We were hoping to get moved to another room but that never happened. Seemed very unorganized. I asked for the manager to call me and a week later that still hasn’t happened. Based on previous reviews is why we chose it but this was a mistake for sure."

"We had an incident where we had to call security and the security guy was so helpful and showed eagerness to help with our situation. His name is Cade please recognize him for this. The other maintenance guy that was called to help us did a lousy job wasn't helpful all he did was complain on all the jobs he had to do that evening and mind you he kept telling me there was nothing he could do for us."

"I wasn’t aware that this hotel didn’t technically have a sign or anything yet so finding the hotel and checking in was really awkward. It still said Sheridan on it even though it no longer is. The owner was very nice but they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on someone else staying in the room. I went downstairs and they struggled to find me one due to not having WiFi set up on some floors and rooms not being ready. There was not an alarm clock or place to charge my phone next to the bed which was frustrating. The staff were really nice and friendly, but clearly we’re in the middle of this transition to a new hotel and probably should not have had guests yet."

"Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but the facility needs upgrading. Noticed some patch work down inside the room especially the bathroom. Tubs looked a bit worn out. Outdoor facade looked dull especially in the summer heat. Room temperature was perfect . We didn't have to adjust the temperature settings. It Didn't really get to interact much with the staff. We only saw the front desk staff at check in and check out. Breakfast was sufficient but would have been better if there were fresh fruits served. Location was right off highway 74 and freeway 344. There's Black Bear diner across the parking lot if you don't want to drive far and 7 eleven gas station around the corner. There is Rudy's bbq a mile away down Meridian Road. There's Andy's custard , Mochibake , Olive Korean bbq chicken, Cabelas , Cinnaholics , Dave's famous chicken , Waffle House, Schezuan Bistro for Chinese food. Close by is also their mall with Von Maur, JC Penney , Dillards stores, Target, Barnes and Nobles. Our location is about 20 mins to Will Roger's Airport."
