"Det är ett väldigt skönt läge med grönt överallt men rum är inte rent för det finns mycket myror så snabbt man har tappat kex bitar eller liknandes. Samt det finns mycket små kackerlackor runt om i rummet. Även om det var stadat så dyker upp såna vilket är mycket äckligt. Det finns mat stället eller frukost bord med lite kex och snabb kaffee med varmvatten kannan. "The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE. But we're not finished yet. Because later that night, I walked down the stairs and found myself tredding in dirty water that stank. After wading through I asked the woman on reception and she just shrugged and said 'pipe from toilet on second flood has burst'... luckily it wasn't actual sewage water, but it was still disgusting. I was meant to stay for seven nights but checked out the next morning. If it hadnt been too late to book another hotel the night before, I wouldn't have spent a single second in this disgusting pit."
"This place is very nice, there is a lot option around the area. If you're a bachelor I recommend you to be here. The entertainment it's off the hook. There's a restaurant around and inside.There's a bar, you can order food service. Excellent all around"
"We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app).
We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep.
The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to hang the clean clothing on.
It would have been nice to have offered to sweep our room during our 5 night stay.
All in all we would possibly stay again but would ask to see the rooms first before being assigned. "
