"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...

Upon checking most of the executive room bed on request for room change had also facing the same bowing problem. Room 418 key always malfunction and the customer had to go up and down to the front desk for replacement and yet the problem still persist. The room key need replacement."
