"We had a great stay at Amari. We travel with my family and baby and really enjoy our stay. The room are spacious and very comfortable. The service, food, breakfast, facility are also great. We also love the breakfast with various BF line and it also tastes really great. Though, there are a few things that can be improved. - check-in: when I checked in, the staff did not provide all the information needed such as where are gym, pool, kid club or breakfast area and time. I had to ask again to confirm. - the room is very clean on the surface but there were a few spot such as under the sink in the bathroom that there was think mold. - the water drain in the bathroom is very slow and so every time we shower, there was water flooding in the bathroom and need to wait for a while for it to go down. Overall, it‘s a really great hotel to stay for family. "

"I loved that we got a standard size refrigerator that worked very well. The washing machine worked well and it saved us time and money also it cleaned our clothes extremely well. But of course we paid those options. They were worth it."
