"Very quite location and walkable from the Salzburg station. There are also buses which which stops right opposite to the property. The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. "Our family of four stayed here for 4 days when visiting my older son who is on an Erasmus Study term. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations, it was very modern, incredibly spacious and very clean and tidy. It is also very good value for money. We had an apartment which would easily accommodate 6-8 people. "I recommend doing research before coming here. If you do not have a car, it will be hard for you to travel up to the hotel, if you do not like to walk. The restaurant is not open everyday. The spa was closed when we were there. The view is amazing and it’s quiet. It’s an old style hotel and it has a lot of history. If you are used to 5 star hotels like the Ritz, don’t come here. "
