"Definitely our fault for not researching where this hotel was located. Photos appealed as it was a leafier looking hotel which is unusual for Jakarta. We had no idea (and it is not evident from the information available on hotels.com) that it was essentially in the middle of an amusement park. The excessive noise was horrendous. "It’s old and dilapidated. There’s an unpleasant musty smell in the room which smells like a combination of cigarettes and body odour. Ants in the bathroom. It is what it is. TV and AC works just fine. Here only for the night to be nearby the Jakarta Expo venue. No windows in the room too."

"Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly! "

"15 minutes from the city center, which is easily achieved using Grab taxis. A very good and comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was also good. My only complaint is the treadmill which was broken over all 2 weeks of my stay. If you don't use the gym then no problem but I didn't like it."
