"We had a lovely two day stay at Les Chambres du Chapitre. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Our room was lovely, filled with antiques but had a very comfortable large bed and a place to sit. The bathroom was modern and squeaky clean. The room was very large with lovely big windows. Breakfast had a very nice variety of very fresh items. We were able to store our bikes in their courtyard but they also had a separate garage where they could be stored. "

Ancient factory still as it was when built in 1903, using its own water driven machines and electricity generator. A tour was included during our stay. Although somewhat isolated, access to restaurant services available within 10 to 15 minutes by driving to the external road, outside the boundary fence, of a motorway service area and passing through a pedestrian gate to shop as required. "

"We checked in at 8.35 pm and there seemed to be some confusion as to who we were. Eventually after some between staff discussions, we’re taken to a room which was not the one we booked. "First issue was Hotels.com confirmation had not made it through to the manager and the hotel was meant to be full. However the manager was brilliant. Sorted out dinner, phoned other guests that hadn’t arrived yet and by the time we finished dinner we were in. Excellent service. My only criticisms was the room was too hot so we had to open the window and the hotel is quite close to the church and the bells chime every 15 mins."
