What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Infants (under 3 years old): Free of charge
- Children (ages 3 to around 12): Child fare applies
- Teenagers and adults (middle school age and up): Adult fare applies
- All passengers must complete a boarding report and verify ID at the ticket office to receive a physical boarding pass.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Boarding passes are issued 5 minutes prior to departure and are mandatory for boarding. Guardian ID may be used for minors and foreigners.
- Valid ID is required for all passengers. Guardian confirmation is accepted for infants to adolescents, and a representative’s ID may be used for foreigners.
- Service operates in rain or snow unless otherwise announced. Cruises may be suspended during severe weather conditions or by official notice. In such cases, guests will be notified and offered a full refund or rescheduling.
