Experience the thrill of abseiling at Seven Acre Rock, a stunning site with panoramic views out over the valley below. Access the site via a short 1-kilometer walk through a giant Mountain Ash forest, which will lead you to a large rocky outcrop. On a clear day, see all the way out to Western Port Bay and Port Phillip Bay.
Put your skills to the test as you lean out over the edge and make your own way down some of the longest and more technical cliffs in the Upper Yarra Valley. Your guides will provide you with all the necessary gear for the activity including a harness and helmet, will run you through a safety briefing and demonstrate correct abseiling techniques.
Commence the activity progressing from easier cliffs to more challenging ones. This site offers abseils ranging from 18m – 50m. If you really get the hang of it, you might even want to try facing forwards off the cliff. Feel the fear, but do it anyway.
