Discover Würzburg's Old Town in a very special way – with history, indulgence and a glass of wine in your hand. This two-hour guided city tour combines fascinating historical insights with the Franconian way of life and a real highlight: a small, stylish wine tasting right in the middle of the Old Main Bridge.
We start in the Old Town and set off on an entertaining stroll through Würzburg's most beautiful squares and alleyways. You will learn more about the Baroque Falkenhaus, the Upper and Lower Market, Neumünster Church and the imposing Cathedral – always seasoned with interesting anecdotes and local insider tips. The hidden Lusamgärtchen, with its special atmosphere, is also on our route.
The highlight awaits us on the Old Main Bridge – with its incomparable view of the Main River, the Marienberg Fortress and the vineyards. During the tour, we will taste three selected Franconian wines, 0.1 litres each (e.g., Silvaner, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau or Domina). This is how history comes to life and becomes something you can experience – with a glass in hand and fascinating stories.
