Fellow epicureans connect in the heart of our artisan kitchen to discover food stories, learn about local producers, enjoy expert tasting notes, sample hand-picked products from skilled local makers and become an instant connoisseur of Maltese cuisine.

Sit back, relax and enjoy our historical restaurant vault where our head chef will prepare a 4 course tasting menu (Starter 1, Starter 2, Main, Dessert) while pairing a selection of 7 local wines to enhance your tasting journey.
(all wines are certified/I.G.T./D.O.K. Gozo/D.O.K. Malta selected from various wineries) Unlimited Water & Coffee at the end of the experience are included.

Each wine tasting menu is designed according to the food allergies and/or food preferences of the guests attending. Please advise when booking this experience.

This is an all-inclusive experience so there are no added costs. All ingredients are locally-sourced.

Smoking is only permitted at our greened, covered courtyard, adjoined to the restaurant.
