Know before you book

  • Return transport is available from most centrally located Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
  • Pregnant women are not allowed for safety reasons and as per federal regulations.

Before we head back to our marina you will have free time to enjoy and relax at beautiful Playa Norte beach in Isla Mujeres. Soft drinks and snacks will be served on board.
