A Trilha das Sete Praias tem 10 km de percurso e fica na região sul de Ubatuba, ligando a Praia da Lagoinha à Praia da Fortaleza.

Trilha de nível médio, alternando trechos de areia, pedra com alguns trechos levemente íngremes.

Praias visitadas: Lagoinha, Praia do Oeste, Peres, Bonete, Bonete Grande, Praia Deserta, Praia do Cedro do Sul e Fortaleza.

The Seven Beaches Trail is 10 km long and is located in the southern part of Ubatuba, connecting Lagoinha Beach to Fortaleza Beach.

This is a moderately difficult trail, alternating between sand and rocky sections, with some slightly steep sections.

Beaches visited: Lagoinha, Oeste Beach, Peres Beach, Bonete Beach, Bonete Grande Beach, Deserta Beach, Cedro do Sul Beach, and Fortaleza Beach.
