Our adventure begins at Stortorget with a 3-hour journey through its culinary traditions and local history.

On our way to the final destination, a secret dining room in an old town building with a fascinating history, we'll visit several popular eateries. Stop by a local art gallery for a snack, savour a Norwegian fish cake at Dragøy and collect a variety of samples from other spots to enjoy at the dining room.

There, you'll experience the traditional flavours of Tromsø, including whale, reindeer, various cured fish, meats, and award-winning Norwegian cheeses. The menu may change seasonally to ensure the freshest ingredients, but the quality will always be exceptional.
