Our recipes have been handed down for generations and refined at top Italian and international cooking schools, including the school near Lyon founded by 3-Michelin-star chef Paul Bocuse. Still, our best teachers were always our grandmothers, and their little secrets are what we love to share.

    You'll spend three unforgettable hours in an elegant home in central Milan, surrounded by our family's private art gallery. You'll cook with your own hands, laugh, ask all the questions you want, then sit down at our table to enjoy the Italian classics you've made, with a glass of organic rosé. It feels less like a class and more like a meal with Italian friends.

    You'll leave with great memories and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

    Classes are in English, but our family speaks 10 languages and we're happy to explain a few words in yours. Private classes in other languages on request (min. 10 guests).
