Welcome & gear (10 minutes)
Collection of harness, helmet, lanyards and carabiners, followed by a clear briefing on the itinerary and safety instructions.

Approach walk (30 min)
Marked trail through the undergrowth to the foot of the cliff: a gentle warm-up and immersion in nature.

Safety briefing (10 min)
Explanation of key actions and demonstration of how to use the equipment to progress with confidence and safety

Via Ferrata (60 min)
A progressive route combining beams, rock crossings and rope bridges: thrills and contemplative pauses overlooking the lake!

Gourmet break & panoramic view (15 min)
At the summit lookout, relax with a Savoyard cheese food tasting, with France's largest natural lake at your feet.

Descent & return (10–15 min)
A leisurely return along the same trail, with a light heart and a mind full of unforgettable memories.
