What you can expect

  • The nightly spirits of Leeuwarden tour shows a new perspective of the dark side of Leeuwarden. With stories about the supernatural at Keunstwork to ghosts living in the city centre. Having different themes on the tour, it gives you a unique experience.

    Your tour will start at the old military hospital, where you will listen to the ghost of the soldier talking about paranormal activity in this building. Then you will visit Bredeplaats, where you will learn the storey of the Witch House.

    You will continue your tour at the Zuupsteeg. Zuupsteeg can be translated into drowning alley or drunk alley. Both translations might be true because there are plenty of drownings that happened to possibly drunk men wandering about in this alley during the early days.

    Your tour will end after listening about the Cursed Mill. It is one of the many bakeries in Leeuwarden but with its unique ghost storey.
