What you can expect

  • Bordeaux the Monsieur Bacchus way: a beautiful ride first, then a glass in hand!

Your local guide takes you on a relaxed e-bike ride through UNESCO-listed streets: the Roman Palais Gallien, Saint-André Cathedral and the Grosse Cloche, where we stop for a canelé from our artisan partner Cassonade. We cross the Garonne on the Pont de Pierre, take a break at Darwin on the right bank, then ride back over the Chaban-Delmas bridge to the Chartrons, the old wine merchants' quarter.

Then comes the very French part: on the Cours Xavier Arnozan, we stop for a friendly game of pétanque and a proper apéro, with regional wines, cheese, charcuterie and local treats from the Marché des Capucins.

Our guides share their city, their stories and their favourite spots, never a script. A seasonal summer experience (April to October), in a small group, e-bike and helmet included. Good company, good wine and a real taste of the French art of living.
