# SLURP! A journey through the flavours of Piedmont Discover the authentic flavours of Piedmontese tradition with a gastronomic experience at Buosi Enoteca Ristorante, where local cuisine and wine culture meet in a welcoming and curated environment. The journey unfolds in three moments, accompanied by two glasses of wine selected to enhance the flavours of the dishes. SLURP! Piedmontese tradition on the table A taste of the local cuisine with anchovies and green beans, Bra sausage, frittata, and Piedmontese starter. Twists Fresh pasta with Piedmont pumpkin cream and sausage, a meeting between the sweetness of the pumpkin and the character of local norcina tradition. Zabà 2.0 Our interpretation of the traditional dessert, served warm and accompanied by biscuits, to conclude the experience with a comforting note. Two glasses in combination Two wines selected from our wine shop, designed to accompany the gastronomic journey and discover the link between Piedmontese flavours and local wines. An experience dedicated to those who wish to know Piedmont through its cuisine, its wines, and the pleasure of sharing a table.
