During this full-day experience, discover the secrets of four of the most famous Italian brands in the world.

Our driver will pick you up at your place in Bologna, so you could start your food and Ferrari experience.

You will have a guided visit to a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. Dive into the most authentic making of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO: from the curdling into the typical copper heaters to the salting and the final ageing in the so-called wheel cathedrals, you will be a privileged witness of almost all the steps of production of this out-and-out food icon. Tasting at the end.

After, we proceed to prosciutto factory. The tour begins with a brief history of production, followed by a visit to the 'cold zone', where fresh meat is processed, learn how the best meat is chosen, and see the salting machinery and chilling/resting rooms. Tasting at the end.

You will visit “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you will be able to taste at the end of your guided tour.

Next stop - a local winery, where you'll take a guided tour to uncover the nuances of Lambrusco, a red sparkling wine hailing from northern Italy. After, enjoy a 3-course lunch, composed of a starter, first course and dessert, accompanied by wine and water.

Being in the area, your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum in Maranello, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, and to learn something new about its history during your free visit to the museum.
