Cancellations due to Illness will only be considered if accompanied by a medical certificate. Refund and/or rescheduling Will depend on the notice period and availability. MODIFICATIONS are posible, however notification and a request must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on the day prior.

Weather and Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure situation, we reserve the right to postpone the tour to a later date that is safe and feasible. light or short-lived showers are not considerer factors to pospos the tour
*This could not cover human-made disasters, like wars or crimes, etc.

Cancellation due Internal Company Decision
If we need to pospose, we will reschedule the tour for the following day (or the nearest available date).
If the client is unable to attend on the new proposed date, a FULL REFUND will be issued.
