What you can expect

  • Step into a cosy Christmas kitchen in Tallinn’s Old Town and experience the sweetest tradition of the season — gingerbread making, Estonian-style.

First, make your very own spiced gingerbread dough — the kind that fills the room with that magical Christmas smell. Then, roll it out and bake thin and crisp traditional Estonian gingerbread cookies, just like locals have done for generations.

Once cooled, get creative and decorate your cookies with colourful glaze and all kinds of festive toppings. Finally, pack your cookies to take home — perfect as a handmade gift or just to treat yourself.
