Start your evening at Studio32 Berlin with a champagne reception and then immerse yourself in the world of Mediterranean cuisine. Together with our experienced professional chefs, you will prepare a creative 3-course menu step by step, inspired by the diverse flavours of the Mediterranean region.

You will learn how to optimally combine fresh and seasonal ingredients and how typical Mediterranean herbs and spices such as basil, thyme and oregano give dishes depth and character. You will gain insights into various cooking techniques and develop a feel for balanced flavour combinations.

During the class, you will work on all the courses in a hands-on way and receive valuable tips on preparation, seasoning and presentation. Our chefs will guide you through all the steps and show you how you can creatively recreate the dishes at home.

At the end, you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared together in a relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by suitable drinks. There will be time for discussion, questions and inspiration – a culinary evening full of Mediterranean joie de vivre.
