- TUBESTER operates daily during its seasonal hours
- Spring season hours: Weekdays 15:00 - 23:00, Weekends 13:00 - 23:00. Summer and fall hours: Weekdays 16:00 - 24:00, Weekends 14:00 - 24:00
- Closed during the winter season
- Maximum of six people allowed per boat
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 19 or older
- Infants under 90cm, pregnant women, and elderly with mobility issues are not allowed for safety reasons
