Along the way, your guide will share insights into how glaciers form and change, and point out fascinating details in the ice and surrounding landscape. The highlight of the tour is a visit to a recently discovered blue ice cave. Formed naturally by summer meltwater, the cave reveals shimmering crystal walls and striking shades of blue. You’ll have time to explore inside and take photos while your guide explains how these caves appear and transform each season. After experiencing the cave, you’ll hike back across the glacier, enjoying more views of this ever-changing frozen world before returning to Base Camp where the tour ends.
