During the winter months, from December to March, snow begins to fall in the Sibillini Mountains, and the landscapes become snow-covered like in fairy tales.
Hikes are offered from the Pian Grande, Pian Piccolo, and Pian Perduto areas, as well as in the region around Castelluccio di Norcia and Forca Canapine, heading towards the Pantani di Accumoli. We can also organise hikes in lesser-known snowy areas.
The routes are easy and suitable even for beginners.
Learning to use snowshoes is very easy; there are no special techniques to master.
Almost all snowshoes are made of plastic, and there are options to suit every preference, from leisurely walks to hiking and trekking.
They enable you to enjoy wonderful hikes through the woods, offering a different way to experience the mountains in their winter guise. No special technical training is required, and they can be used by anyone, regardless of age.
