What you can expect

Discover the Tistarelli Oil Mill, a family-run Tuscan mill producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil since the 1960s. Today, Fausta Tistarelli and her family continue this tradition, combining experience, innovation, and a deep connection to the land.

Join a guided tour of the mill, discover its history, and learn how high-quality EVO oil is produced. During the tasting, explore the aromas and flavours of the oils made on site, learn how to recognise their distinctive characteristics, and understand what makes Extra Virgin Olive Oil truly exceptional.

From mid-October to mid-December, experience the olive harvest season, when the mill comes alive with the aroma of freshly pressed oil and the lively atmosphere created by local olive growers.
