Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Praia. Head to the green valley of Santiago, one of the most fertile regions of the island, where nature, agriculture, and tradition come together.

Visit a banana and coconut plantation in Ribeira Riba, see the dam and surrounding plantations, and explore São Domingos, a characteristic rural area. Learn about sugarcane and traditional farming at a grogue and ponche plantation.

Next, head to an ecological centre with a botanical garden. Enjoy a guided tour and learn about sustainable agriculture. Finish your tour with a delicious lunch before being dropped off back at your hotel.
