Slow down and reconnect with nature on this 3-hour guided forest experience in Salzburg.
We begin at the dog park in Aigner Park in Salzburg and walk into the forest, exploring local trees, edible and medicinal plants, and the ecology of the landscape. Along the way, you’ll learn how to identify useful plants and understand their traditional uses.
Through simple sensory awareness practices, you’ll deepen your connection to the natural environment and experience the forest in a more grounded, present way.
At a peaceful creek location, we’ll create a natural pine resin salve together. You’ll learn how it has been traditionally used and make your own to take home.
We finish with a relaxed walk back through the forest, continuing to explore and learn along the way.
Suitable for beginners, nature lovers, and families with children who enjoy being outdoors.
