As you sip a welcoming glass of prosecco and enjoy a typical aperitivo snack of bruschetta, your skilled chef-instructor will start things off with an explanation of all things pizza dough: from hydration to flour and beyond.

Now that you’re well-versed in the art of dough-making, it’s time to get hands-on. Collaborating with one or two fellow pizza makers, you'll skilfully knead your own dough within a traditional wooden vessel known as a madia.

Next, you’ll pause for a moment to watch a live gelato demonstration as your instructor whips up the classic treat from scratch. You’ll enjoy it later on as dessert after your pizza dinner.

Getting back to the dough, it’s time to stretch it out! After doing so—and layering on your sauce and toppings—all that’s left to do is pop it in the oven for a few minutes before sitting down to dinner.
