You'll be the protagonist, kneading, rolling, and shaping fresh pasta with your own hands.
Each participant prepares their own pasta, then we cook everything together in the same pot to share like in a real Italian home. While our signature tomato sauce simmers for hours in advance, you'll watch as your instructor prepares the delicate butter and sage sauce for the ravioli and tortelli right before your eyes.
