The day begins with a welcome and a hands-on introduction where you'll learn about the essential gear: helmet, harness, rope, and belay system. You'll learn the fundamentals of safety, communication, and basic technique, which are key to enjoying rock climbing with confidence from the very first moment.
The first part of the experience takes place on a wall about 6 metres high, perfect for taking your first steps on rock. Here, you'll familiarise yourself with using the gear, the sensation of height, and basic movements, while developing balance, coordination, and confidence. It's the perfect place to learn without pressure, correct your posture, and understand how to use strength efficiently.
Once you've gained confidence, you'll move on to the next challenge: a 13-meter wall. This climb is a more complete experience, where you'll put into practice what you've learned and feel the true essence of rock climbing. With the instructor's constant support, you'll take on the challenge of pushing your limits, managing your emotions, and enjoying every move until you reach the top.
Throughout the day, you'll be belayed with a top-rope system, ensuring a safe and controlled experience at all times. What's more, you'll receive personalised feedback to improve your technique and make the most of every attempt.
