Begin your adventure with a pickup from the main square at approximately 9:10 AM. Head to the port and board a boat that will take you along the Madre de Dios River to your lodge.

Next, make your way to the entrance of the Tambopata Reserve and embark on a 1-hour walk to reach Sandoval Lake. Upon arrival, hop into a rowing boat to explore the beautiful lake. Keep an eye out for river otters, birds, turtles, and other animals.

Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely walk through the Plaza de Armas of Puerto Maldonado. Take the opportunity to rest, observe the local dynamics, and capture photos of the Amazonian urban environment.
