Overview

  • Discover Florence with a private electric golf cart tour and choose the duration that suits you best.

    Classic (1 hour): an agile route through the boulevards and towards the hills, with a panoramic stop to photograph Florence from above.

    Panoramic (1 hour and 30 minutes): a wider itinerary through Poggio Imperiale, Arcetri, and Pian dei Giullari, with two panoramic stops. To reach Piazzale Michelangelo, you walk about 100–150 metres, as the golf cart cannot enter the restricted area.

    A local driver drives the golf cart; a multilingual audio guide is available. You can start from Porta Romana, Piazza Torquato Tasso or in front of the NH Florence in Piazza Vittorio Veneto and return to the same point. The golf carts have 3 or 5 seats for guests, in addition to the driver; for larger groups, more vehicles are used. The route can adapt to the road conditions and the chosen starting point.

Porta Romana (Pass by)

Porta Romana is one of the three possible starting points. If starting from Piazza Tasso or NH Florence, the route can pass through the area without a dedicated stop.

Giardino Del Bobolino (Pass by)

The route can pass along Viale Machiavelli and near the Bobolino Garden, depending on the starting point and road conditions. A visit inside the garden is not planned.

Villa Pian dei Giullari (Pass by)

Only in the 90-minute Panoramic option: you cross the hilly area of Pian dei Giullari, linked to the history of Galileo. The towns are admired from the outside; the entrance is not included.

INAF Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory (Pass by)

Only in the Panoramic option: the route passes through the Arcetri area, associated with the history of Galileo. The Observatory is observed from the outside, without internal visits or tickets.

Piazzale Michelangelo

Only in the 90-minute Panoramic option: the golf cart stops in the designated area. A short walk of about 100-150 metres leads to the Piazzale Michelangelo viewpoint, where you can admire the Duomo, the Arno, and the historic centre and take photographs.

Basilica San Miniato al Monte

  • 5m
Only in the Panoramic option: short photo stop near San Miniato al Monte, with a view of the city and the basilica's facade. The interior visit is not scheduled. The stop can adapt to the road conditions.

Villa del Poggio Imperiale (Pass by)

The path crosses the Poggio Imperiale area, with an external view of the Villa and the hills. No visit inside is planned. The passage depends on the starting point and the road conditions.
