What you can expect

The starting time is at 08:30 in Riomaggiore—a short tour of the village before starting up on the trails. We will stop to talk about the history, grape growing & wines. There will be numerous opportunities to take photos of the stunning views on our hike. The hike will take you above Manarola and Riomaggiore, providing amazing views of the area. We will go off the beaten track towards Groppo to descend into Manarola. This village is famous for the iconic photo that you see everywhere in Cinque Terre. We will ask if you would like lunch in this village. (Food is not included.) From here, we will continue by train to Vernazza for a short tour. Then, train again to Monterosso, where we walk along the boardwalk into the old town. The day will end here in Monterosso. As an option, you can take the ferry back along the coast to Riomaggiore for an extra fee. (Train & Ferry tickets are not included.)
