• Beginner surfing course to be held on the sandy beach (Playa de Troya).
• Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the meeting point: C/ Caracas, No. 23 (Kontraola Campus).
• At the end of each Saturday of the Camp, children will be picked up between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM.
PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL both for drop-off at 9:00 AM and pick-up at 12:00 PM.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult, except for those who have submitted a prior authorisation stating that they can come alone.
• Children must wear sportswear and bring a beach towel, swimwear, a change of clothes, a hat to protect them from the sun, sun cream, and water.
• Wear sports shoes or flip-flops/sandals for the walk to the beach.
• For the surfing activity, it is mandatory to know how to swim.
• Parents must be reachable at all times in case of any emergency.
• It is important to inform the instructors if the child has any illnesses, as well as any other aspects that may be relevant.
• The use of cell phones and electronic games is not allowed.
• They authorise the camp staff to take the appropriate actions in the event of an emergency, accident, or illness. They undertake to inform the parents of what has happened as soon as possible.
• The company is authorised to cancel the child's participation if he or she does not comply with the basic rules of conduct, such as the proper running of the activities, without the right to a refund of the class fee.
• The company is authorised to use all photographic material or any other media featuring participants in the activities for the promotion of the school and its future programmes.
• FAILURE TO ATTEND THE CAMP WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE DAY AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE OR RECOVERABLE.
• CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SELECTED DATE
