It' a special culinary experience created for Pistachio LOVERS, three-course set menu.
There are two savoury antipasti to choose from; arancino stuffed with cheese, served with a creamy pistachio sauce and topped with parmesan and pistachio flakes, and pistachio cannolicchi - small savoury cannoli filled with fresh Sicilian ricotta served with a pistachio pesto sauce.

There are three mains to choose from; tagliatelle served with creamy pistachio pesto, mortadella and parmesan, gnocchi with creamy pistachio, basil and peanut pesto with parmesan, and ravioli filled with creamy sheep's ricotta and spinach in a homemade pistachio sauce topped with pistachio flakes.

For dessert, you can choose from brioche gelato sandwich, layered pistachio cake, cannolo stuffed with pistachio cream, or the legendary pistachio gelato.
