    First Stop: Tacama Vineyard
With over 400 years of history, the Tacama Vineyard is the oldest in South America. Here you will visit the historic hacienda, admire the tower with panoramic views, and stroll through acres of grapes. To culminate the experience, you will enjoy a tasting of the wines and piscos produced in this iconic place.

Here you will learn about the artisanal process of making pisco, from fermentation in earthenware jars (botijas) to the final distillation. In addition, you will have the opportunity to taste their pisco and wines.
