You choose between top, middle, and base notes, experimenting with raw essences. An introduction to olfactory grammar that educates your nose and echoes wine tasting (structure, head, body, length on the palate).

Guided tasting : Tasting of 6 wines (often a mineral and aromatic white, an elegant rosé, and a powerful and spicy red). The winemaker will talk to you about the schist terroirs and the influence of the Mediterranean and the Alps. Here, the morning's olfactory experience is echoed: we search for aromas in the glass (white flowers, citrus fruits, garrigue, spices), and analyse the structure and persistence.
