What you can expect

  • Begin by choosing your kimono at the rental shop. Select your favourite from a collection of over 200 styles. Let the staff dress you in the kimono and style your hair beautifully.

    Once you're dressed, get into a rickshaw and be guided around Shinsekai by a unique and cheerful rickshaw driver. Enjoy a 30-minute ride, with plenty of opportunities for photos at scenic spots.

    After your tour, return to the kimono rental shop. Then, return the kimonos.
    You can also rent a kimono until 18:00 for an additional fee if you want.
    Experience Japanese culture in a kimono and rickshaw in the retro and colourful Shinsekai district, one of the most popular areas in Osaka.
