Punctuality & Contact Please arrive on time. No-shows or late arrivals without notice will be treated as cancellations and may incur a fee. If you are delayed, be sure to contact us in advance. Participation & Health Requirements Eligible age: 7–59 years The following individuals may not participate: Pregnant guests (including early pregnancy) Children aged 0–6 Guests with pre-existing medical conditions Guests weighing over 100 kg If you have concerns about your fitness or a fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance. Equipment & Safety For water activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is mandatory. Guests who refuse to wear required gear will not be allowed to participate. For your safety, always follow the guide’s instructions. Weather Policy Tours operate in the rain. However, they may be cancelled if the field is deemed unsafe. Transport & Meeting Point Depending on the reservation status, you may be asked to meet on-site. If you require transport, please contact us after your booking is confirmed. Clothing & Preparation Please come dressed in clothes that can get wet. There are no toilets at the field, so be sure to use one in advance. Participation under the influence of alcohol is not permitted. Parking Fee Depending on the field, a parking fee of ¥1,000–2,000 may apply. About Cave Photos Photos of the cave shown in advertisements were taken in the past. Currently, photos can only be taken at the entrance. Language Tours are guided in Japanese or English. Some tours may be conducted in Japanese only depending on the day's reservations.
