Upon arrival at the venue, you will check in at the front desk, change into your swimming costume, and prepare for your contrast therapy session (towels included). You will move at your own pace between high-temperature sauna and our cold water immersion tub, using alternating cycles to boost energy, relieve sore muscles, and calm the nervous system. Aromatherapy elements and custom music blend continuously into the background, providing a soothing, multi-sensory environment throughout the space. Showers, lockers, and comfortable relaxation areas are available on-site for convenience before and after your contrast cycles. Please bring a clean swimming costume, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a valid photo ID for entry.
