- The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be cancelled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
- On a typical year, the 5th Station may be visited from around late April to November, but during the winter months (around December to early April), the Fuji Subaru Line will be closed due to snowfall, road surface freezing, etc.
- If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, or if there is inclement weather and the company has determined that views may not be seen from Mt. Fuji 5th Station, 4th Station, or 1st Station, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative facilities: Fujisan Museum, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park, Fujisan World Heritage Centre, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Oshino Hakkai.
- If the Lake Ashi Cruise, Hakone Ropeway, and Owakudani are not available due to weather conditions, or if stops cannot be made due to road conditions, congestion at sightseeing destinations, or other reasons, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative facilities. The tour will not be cancelled and refunds will not be issued for this reason. Alternative Facilities: Appare Sightseeing Boat on Lake Kawaguchi, Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Higashiguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Sekisho Tabimonogatarikan (Shop), Owakudani.
- Owakudani is an area with fumaroles in Mt. Hakone, an active volcano. There are volcanic gases (hydrogen sulphide, sulfurous acid gas, etc.) in the area, and in general, entry is not allowed for persons who fall under the following categories. 1. Those with allergic asthma 2. Those with bronchial disease 3. Those with respiratory (lung) disease 4. Those with heart disease 5. Those who have a heart pacemaker 6. Those who are feeling unwell 7. Those who are pregnant 8. Newborns and infants.
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with Shinkansen and bus seats or lunch. If Shinkansen and bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.

- During the meal break, there will be a wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance, one of Japan's traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai.Please note that the tour may not be able to view the performance in case arrival is considerably delayed due to road conditions, or the tour is unable to reach the intended meal venue. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be cancelled without prior notice. Fugakukai has been attracting attention both domestically and internationally as a support for social independence training and artistic activities. By sending customers, Sunrise Tours can create performance opportunities and support their activities.
- Depending on the number of tour participants, transport to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, etc.)
- It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto nonreserved cars of the Shinkansen. Customers with large luggage are advised to store them at their accommodation before participating in the tour.
- As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended (Reference: Even in the daytime, temperatures may drop to 14℃ in summer and -5℃ in winter.)
