Curated by a working Chef and his artistic partner, learn the history behind Montreal's dynamic food communities. Sample 6-7 tastings of dishes and street food from North Africa, Italy, and Europe, among others. Do a rare fruit tasting from a source for top restaurants. Taste some of Quebec's best farmhouse cheeses. And learn where local chefs go to shop for their menus. Note: we visit all small vendors, so there can be lines.
