    At Mercato Albinelli, the city's historic market, you'll meet the vendors and taste Parmigiano Reggiano of different ages and producers.

    Then the highlight: a private family acetaia, usually closed to the public. Walk among the barrels where Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale ages for 12 and 25 years, and taste 5+ vinegars of different ages to understand why it takes decades to make.

    Next, the food Modena shares with friends: warm tigelle with a glass of Lambrusco.

    We finish with traditional sweets like Torta Barozzi, bensone and artisanal gelato. That's 10+ tastings, enough for a full lunch.
