What you can expect

  • An e-bike tour up and down the gentle hills of Castelvetro di Modena.
    We will visit a cheese factory where Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is produced, and I will take you on a comprehensive tour to discover all the stages of Parmigiano Reggiano production.
    We will enter the cheese factory during the production process and watch the Parmesan wheels being made. We will then have the chance to taste it right where it is made.
    Afterwards, we will ride our e-bikes to a beautiful vinegar cellar where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced, and after the tour, we will be able to taste different types of vinegar.
