Learn the art of making authentic Cuban cuisine from your Cuban instructor in a private residence in Little Havana. Experience the flavours and aromas of Cuban starters, main course, and desserts. The cooking class includes a 4-course dinner with cocktails.
Be welcomed to this quaint Cuban home with a glass of homemade sangria and typical Cuban starters. Next, get a brief introduction and an overview of Cuban food. Right after this, learn to cook two dishes (a ropa vieja meat dish, and plantains or empanadas).
Next, take part in a mojito cocktail demonstration. Use your newly-acquired skills and blend as many cocktails as you like throughout the evening. Hang out with other guests and enjoy the evening with unlimited drinks.
Take home a Cuban-made souvenir, a recipe book, and spices to remember as you wrap up the evening.
