We will start this experience with a walk of about 4 km in the heart of the vineyard, where we will explain the special characteristics of the Champagne vineyard, the particularities of the Massif de Saint-Thierry terroir, and the various tasks carried out in the vineyards throughout the year.
We will continue with a comprehensive tour of our facilities: press, vat room, ageing cellar… you will then understand all the stages necessary for the production of Champagne!
To finish this experience, we will taste 3 of our organic Champagne vintages so that you can savour the fruits of all this labour!
