During this activity, which is suitable for all audiences (mixed and multigenerational), we will practice gentle yoga to relax and learn how to enhance our natural beauty with local, organic cosmetic products that are kind to everyone's skin.
The meeting point is in Le Carbet, on a shaded volcanic black sand beach, so that we can enjoy the lush North Caribbean coast with stunning views of Mount Pelée. You will also have the pleasure of seeing coastal birds and even pelicans flying in the sky. Unmissable photos and videos ;)
You will be invited to take care of yourselves naturally, because “true wealth is found in Nature.” Marion, a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, will share with you her approach to the discipline, which is connected to nature, with a Creole Flow where movement is harmonised with our breathing and the sound of the ocean.
A highly skilled teacher, she will also share her expertise in Facial Yoga with you. By the water and on the beach, we will give each other natural beauty treatments to enhance our appearance with simplicity and kindness.
This service includes:
- A yoga class on the beach (mats, blocks and accessories are provided),
- balneotherapy (energising scrub with volcanic black sand and invigorating seawater bath),
- natural beauty treatments (shimmering body oil, regenerating facial treatment, hair balms for the scalp and/or men's beards),
- instruction in beauty and wellness routines (manual facelift, Creole beauty treatment, self-massage of the scalp),
- Yin Yoga-inspired body relaxation,
- a guided meditation with visualisation for letting go,
- Snacks (fresh juice before the bath, and chilled sweet potatoes accompanied by “local” tea after the treatments).
This Yoga and Beauty activity is scheduled every Monday morning from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
It is possible to book another day on request, depending on our availability.
A short questionnaire will be sent to you after booking so that we can get to know you better. You can then let us know if you have any allergies (food or skin) or minor health issues.
See you soon on the Isle of Flowers (Martinique's second name ;)
